OMG!!! Just bought a Fiesta RS Turbo! Will it ever run again??!

Hi this is my first video, I managed to get my hands on an iconic Fiesta RS Turbo, an appreciating classic from what I gather. It was a stolen then recovered find, I bought it as a non runner as there were no keys, luckily I managed to get hold of a complete lock set online with an ignition switch. A quick check over for oil and water in the engine and another battery, it fires up and ran! Following this I managed to drive it onto a ramp to fit a new fan belt and quick oil change. So it definitely runs and drives, however it started misbehaving! At first it wouldn’t pick up revs, when I tried to accelerate the engine would hesitate and want to stall. Then it started to cough and splutter and each time I went press the accelerator pedal the car would cut out. I thought it may have run out of fuel or the fuel is gone off, because it cut out and refuse to start. Even after adding fresh fuel the car will only crank and not fire up, it’s definitely getting fuel to the injectors, and there is also spark, but the spark is very weak. So far I’ve tried another coil pack, checked the signals to the injectors, the signal coming from the crank shaft sensor and these all seem good. After searching forums I’m left at either EDIS module the ECU itself, but I wanted to ask for some directions from you guys before I start throwing money at parts I don’t need. Any help and advice would be much appreciated 🙏
