Casual Set: Bannock VS Arcusmarc (2) | All Star Battle R

These were recorded October 6th, and was most of the second half of that long set me and Arcus played (the first half uploaded yesterday). Where yesterday was 4Taro v Kosaku, today is Kira v AU Diego, and this is probably the most one touch MU you’ll ever see in this game lmfao. Both of these characters do stupid damage, and you’ll see a lot of borderline TODs happening in this set. But that’s basically just ASBR as a whole anyways when it comes down to it. As for how this MU feels to play, I wanna say it’s Diego sided. He can contest coin very well with barbed wire and his knives, and obviously he has insane buttons to contest your insane buttons. Diego def gets first hit easier than Kira does here, but if Diego is on horse he has to eat a lot of the pressure Kira does with first bomb and gapless blockstrings since he doesn’t have SG on horse. That’s a pretty minute thing though. Like mentioned before, both of these character easily one touch, but the difference between AU and Kira one touch is that AUs is burst safe, where Kira’s isn’t. That makes a lot of this MU rough at times since I had to just take damage most of the time while Arcus can just burst my barrage or coin or first bomb or anything where I need to burst on 5M or horse normals which only happen after I eat 400 damage. It’s a little rough. This is a MU that generally plays out for player skill the most, since one mistake by either side basically ends the round. I feel like AUs room for error is bigger than Kira’s, so that’s why I think he’s favoured. These were really fun games though, and I hope they are as fun to watch as they were to play! Tomorrow I have an ACTUAL FT10 against ConeOnBricks, who I had a ton of fun playing.
