He is also featured in a pair on this film:    • Видео   His owner wants to do commercial work with him, so as well as driving him as a pair with our horse, Roly, we also broke him to drive as a single. Here, we take him out on both rural and urban roads, encountering a variety of traffic, to show how he behaves. Some people say that heavy horses, or indeed just big horses, require strong bits in order to control them. We don't believe this is the case, and Roger is being driven in a soft rubber bit. Just because a horse is a shire, or is big, does not mean that they cannot be trained to listen to a driver in a flexible bit instead of a Liverpool.
