St mawes is the home to st mawes castle an English heritage site that was build by Henry VIII Between 1540 and 1542. Cornwall has many fantastic castles such as Pendennis which is directly opposite St Mawes Castle on the Falmouth side. In this video I start in Falmouth, take the ferry from the Prince of Wales pier and arrive in St Mawes for a pasty, a little dip in the sea and pay a visit to the castle.
