In favor of Luna: She is Celestia's sibling, so she fits really well for Mufasa's brother. Plus the ROYAL CANTERLOT VOICE makes all the loud, drawn-out "Be Prepared!" bits flow naturally. Against Luna: I'm not sure why, but I just don't feel right with her in this role. Perhaps it's because Scar is one of the greatest Disney villains and it should be an actual villain from the show to play him.
