Whether you have a FJ80 or a FZJ80, the chassis and frame are all the same from 1991 through 1997. The biggest question is how big you want to go, how will you be using your Land Cruiser and what your payload will be. When going taller than 3", you start increasing your lift costs because you go down the rabbit hole of getting nee control arms, brake line extentions, bump stop extentions, panhard rod lift etc... Under 3", you can keep it to just shocks and springs and bushings.. In my case, I went with the Icon Stage 3 suspension which was great for about a year, until I started adding ALOT od weight with a rear tire carrier, hiLift Kack, fridge, drawers, gear... so I had sag in the rear, about a1.5" drop.. Not great for the suspension either. The problem is ICON doesn't sell any other coil springs other than their base dual rate springs. So either I could put a spacers or put the proper weighted springs in the rear. I wanted to keep the dual rate spring styles and found that dobinson made a Spring that can handle 600lbs extra payload over stock, and is dual rate. Perfect! This video shows you the transformation.
