Hospital: Survive the Night is a survival horror game in which you must hide in the security room from the terrifying hospital patients. You are a hospital security guard working the night shift, and you are a devout pacifist with only a flashlight, CCTV cameras, a door control system, and alarms to help you survive the night. Patients will attempt all they can to get to the security room, and your job is to stop them by closing the doors in their path and redirecting their focus from seeking by any means possible. The game is separated into five nights, and you are hunted by agitated hospital patients on each shift. If you are attacked by one of the frightening patients, the level will restart from the beginning. You can explore the clinic and seek for mysteries while walking around the premises between chapters. With each new shift, you will explore further into the hospital's secrets and discover everything that the management has decided to keep hidden from you. Many notes, medical histories, records, and unsent letters are littered throughout the structure, potentially revealing the hospital's secrets. You can enter all of the rooms if you use your imagination. However, once you grab the walkie-talkie, the game will enter survival mode and the security room will close until seven a.m. CCTV cameras will take the place of your eyes.
