St. Rose High School is excited to announce the appointment of Brian Lynch as the new head coach of its boys’ basketball program. Please take a moment to watch the video above to learn more about Brian and his plan for Boys Basketball here at St. Rose High School. Brian Lynch is a Belmar, NJ native who played for national powerhouse and perennial championship contender Villanova. After Villanova, Brian played professionally throughout Europe, countries included Poland, Israel, Portugal, Greece, Germany, Italy, France, and Belgium. Upon finishing his playing career, Brian spent 9 years coaching professionally in Belgium where he coached both domestically in Belgium and internationally with FIBA Europe and Champions League. Brian has returned home after 20 years of professional basketball in Europe to coach locally and will be taking the reins of the St. Rose High School boys’ basketball program this fall. Brian will be replacing Coach Frank Carmody ’75 who will remain as an advisor to the program with a focus on alumni involvement and support. St. Rose is thrilled to have Coach Lynch join the storied boys’ basketball program and looks forward to its continued growth and success. Are you looking for a high school for your child?
