Suitable for lunchbox Serves: 2 for dinner Sabudana is one of the most versatile plant based food so far I've known. Popularly also known as Tapioca Pearl and Sago Seeds. Can prepare a variety of recipes using them. Usually consumed during fasting in most of the Indian States, the one reason behind is, these pearl look-a-like contains high carb that provides energy to the body. Plus, there are some health benefits; reduces blood pressure, increases weight gain, promotes strong bones to list a few. Will share more yummy sabudana recipes in the future! For the time being enjoy this recipe either at breakfast, lunch break, or dinner! Or why not as a snack! Along with Salad, Yoghurt, Sauce of your choice or Papad.
