When do pigs come in a box? What do grass farmers do in the winter? These and other burning questions are answered in this video! We go to pick up our pork cuts from the butcher and unpack them at the farm. I show you some of our pastured pork cuts and explain how the butcher's schedule for pigs works. Then, we clean up the farm for winter, putting away temporary fencing, hoses, feeders, drinkers, and chicken tractors. Finally, I visit with the Dexter cattle and fill their mineral feeder.
