Sea moss is full of essential minerals and nutrients, such as: Magnesium, Calcium, Vitamins B12 & B2, Vitamin C, Zinc, Iron, Iodine, Fiber Here is the recipe: Sea Moss Melt and Pour Soap Recipe: • 2 pounds of clear, low sweat melt and pour soap (your choice, I used the Stephenson brand) • 1 ounce of dry gold sea moss (I got mine from Amazon) • 2 ounces processed sea moss • ¼ tsp siren’s song blue mica from Nurture Soap • ¼ tsp titanium dioxide dispersed in just enough water to cover the powder • 0.9 ounces of Sea Minerals fragrance oil from Candle Science or your fragrance of choice.
