Today we are finally getting most of the garden planted. We planted tomatoes, cucumbers, squash, peppers, okra and zucchini. Here we grow 80% of the food we eat and this is what it looks like! Tomatoes: Red Snapper, San Marzano, Lemon Boy, Hossinator, Mountain Merrit Peppers: Banana, Monster Bell, California Wonder, Mad Hatter, Cayenne, Poblano, Carolina Reaper, Habaneros Cucumbers: White Wonder, Market More, and Pickling We always put gypsum by our tomatoes and peppers to prevent blossom end rot!
