This time around he’s teamed up with an old friend and fellow house disciple, Tuccillo. On this new EP, they drop two sweet new jams. Side A features ‘The Red Circle’ – one of those catchy little house groovers that shimmies and bounces along, infecting your entire body with its skippy rhythm. A few key ingredients are what make this one an instant classic; crisp beats, a rudeboy b-line and a warped sax… what more do you need? On the flip ‘Tropic Duo’ goes for more of an “eyes-down” approach. The low end is winding and sensual, combined with laser-cut percussion and perfectly placed stabs and shakers to add to the atmosphere.
