Maintain Same sleep schedule 3. Do Exercises 4. Take simple and light meal at night 5. liquid intake should be minimum before sleep 6. Don't take tea coffee and tobacco don't take alcohol at night 7. Avoid day time nap 8. be relaxed at the time sleep Rule of thumb don't do anything which activates your mind 9. Avoid mobile or any electronic devices at the time of sleep 10.
