New Guest Rooms Part 10 Sanitation Plumbing and Wall Dowels

In this video I cover key aspects to the build of the new rooms using the same method as we did on the main house. Electrical and plumbing embedded in the concrete as we pour. No need for drop ceilings as we do our form work to look nice without it. No need for rendering the walls as they are perfect and ready to finish as we pull the forms. No need for chipping open the concrete to place electrical in walls and ceilings as it is already there during the pour. This does require planning and fore thought. Today we set the sanitation plumbing and prepare the dowels for the upcoming cast concrete walls. We cut one worker/ brother in law that we have tried and tried to help but he just keeps being a bad apple in the bunch. We begin pouring the the tops of the columns with the archways, cantilever beams and all other beams. We are a Fil Am couple sharing our lives between living in Texas USA and Iloilo City on Panay Island Philippines. We share dealing with two different cultures, building our solid concrete cast in place home beach side and exploring/ seeking new things.
