This lost place was a private clinic in the canton of Zurich and a member of the association of leading private clinics in Switzerland. It had 28 beds and 4 beds in the day clinic. It also had three operating rooms and a recovery room with 7 beds. The range of treatments offered by the attending physicians included general surgery, endoprosthetics, gynecology, ear, nose and throat surgery, hand surgery, pediatric surgery, orthopedic surgery/sports surgery, joint and sports traumatology, physiotherapy, plastic, aesthetic and reconstructive surgery, pain therapy, urology, vein center/vein surgery, spine surgery and visceral surgery. In anticipation of a new building, the clinic ceased operations on May 31, 2008. However, the start of construction was further delayed due to neighborhood objections.
