As more folks become part of the family of Rangemaster certified instructors, it's important to measure and maintain the high standards Tom Givens and the Rangemaster staff have developed. This is one of the courses you must pass in the first level instructor class. I'm sure the course materials have evolved since I went through the level 1 class but you can rest assured the written exam and shooting standards are very high. Take them seriously and do your homework. Once you have the skills, it will no longer matter what course of fire you shoot. If you have the skill, you will pass. Manage your time but also shoot at the speed your sights, trigger and skills dictate. Overthinking can be just as bad as rushing your shots. This course is harder than it looks and you must pass with a 90% score. In other words only A students get a certificate. It is NOT an NRA course by any means. They will send you home without a certificate.
