Takashi Okuno is the name behind this excellent sushi restaurant in Sao Paulo - he managed to form a team of sushi shokunin to prepare sushi to the highest standard. That's why he goes every morning to visit the best suppliers to get a limited amount of fish to the restaurant. Our experience was amazing - we got there early for sushi dinner. The staff is very friendly and we chose to sit on the bench at the counter. We could see our sushi being prepared by experts. The quality is extremely high.
