This video is about making comfrey tea. I am not suggesting that you make and drink comfrey tea, just showing what I do. Comfrey is one of those plants that is referred to as "mining" plants. That means it sends its roots deep to draw up minerals from down in the ground. Then it deposits the minerals in the leaves. Once the leaves decay it leaves the minerals on top of the ground where my garden plants can get them. So, comfrey is a good addition to your compost.
