Then add chopped onion and fry well. Now add ginger garlic paste and chicken mince. Cook on a high flame. Once the water gets dry add tomatoes, red chili flakes, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, turmeric powder, nutmeg and mace. Cook well. Now in the yogurt add green chili, fresh coriander and lemon slice. Mix well and add to the mince mixture. Cook well. Serve hot. Chanay Ki Daal: Ingredients: Split chickpea (boiled) ½ kg Onions 2 Garlic (whole) 1 bunch Ginger 5 gm Green chilies 6 Black pepper (whole) 1 tsp Cumin 2 Red chili powder 1 tbsp Turmeric powder 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Coriander powder 1 tsp All spice powder 1 tsp Fresh coriander ½ bunch Tomatoes (ground) 2 cups Bay leaf 1 Oil 1 cup Method: Heat oil and fry the onions until golden brown. Then add ginger, whole garlic, bay leaf and whole black pepper. Mix well. Now add cumin, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder and ground tomatoes. Cook well. Then add boiled split chickpea, all spice powder and green chili. Cook well. Lastly add fresh coriander and serve hot.
