Lowboy Pawl Update

The 1/14th scale Lowboy Pawl update. Updated the Lowboy to include a Pawl locking system on the gooseneck and a lock pin to lock the neck to the deck. You can redownload to get the new files. This system holds the weight of the trailer so the actuators don't have to. The Gooseneck base and Frame 1 will need to be reprinted to take advantage of this update. Apologies for those that have already printed those parts. The goose neck left and right also have slight changes but the originals will work. I have made a template for drilling the new holes.
