THE LIUKIN JOURNEY | Mission Complete

It's been four years since we began filming the Liukin journey and sharing that story with you guys. I retired from professional gymnastics in September 2021 after winning the High bar gold medal at the British championships, with the final routine of my career. Since then I have taken a coaching position at the Notts Gymnastics Academy and have found the time to do an hour of training each week around my coaching responsibilities. I'm happily retired and have no plans of making a comeback but still love exploring, learning and challenging myself in the gym. This process has taught me a great deal about myself and how to overcome mental challenges, which I'm confident will help me support young athletes in the future. I hope you enjoy the episode and thank you for following the journey.
