Tommy Robinson has broken his silence and claimed he "defended himself" after being released on bail following his arrest last night. The 42-year-old, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, was detained at Luton Airport at 6.25pm yesterday, after boarding an EasyJet flight from Faro Airport in Portugal. The British Transport Police confirmed earlier today that a 42-year-old man from Bedfordshire was released on police bail until September 8 while enquiries continue. Now, Robinson has taken to social media to speak out for the first time following his bail. Speaking on X, formerly Twitter, he said: "I've got to be honest, one of the worst week's of my life.
