Move-ins can take as little as 30 minutes thanks to key box entry, thoughtful instructions from our move-in team and online self-inventory check-in. Co-living is a shared-housing model in which communities are built around shared spaces in the home, allowing residents to live affordably within a social space. Living with Living London means you are always invited and never obliged. Co-living is a shared housing model. Residents share kitchens, living rooms and other communal spaces with other residents and have both shared bathrooms or an en-suite bathrooms. Everything is included in our monthly flat fee payment; utilities, furnishing, kitchen supplies and all the essentials you would need upon moving into a new place. Living London also provide complimentary broadband, weekly cleaning, regular gardening and property maintenance.
