You print directly on this material in your desk-top sublimation printer. You can heat press it while activating the sublimation inks when pressing to materials like cotton that aren't heat sensitive. This step is done at 375°F for 30 seconds. To adhere to heat sensitive materials, such as polyesters, press the design first at 375°F and 30 seconds to fully activate the inks.
