Each time you join the game, a different number of random events can potentially occur called 'fates.' these 'fates' can be things ranging from your character being changed (the character in this video being the default, normal one) from the enemy (the clear sphere at the start) having different properties such as moving eratically, randomly, quickly, or even its size being altered. In an older version of the game, the enemy could possibly be a red sphere which was extremely difficult to defeat. More 'fates' include structures such as a mausoleum spawning outside of the spawn zone toward the temple, although this was also in an older version of the game. Another example is the "You Suck" sign as seen in the video. This game is yet to be finished as this is the only ending in the game as of this date (7/5/2021).
