Kookoo Sabzi Badkoobeh is one of our city's most nostalgic meals, and I learned the recipe from my grandma. This meal is prepared with a blend of local #herbs (medicinal herbs), each having a unique medicinal benefit. This Kookoo Sabzi Badkoobeh makes a complete and nutritious meal when prepared using this recipe. And the flavor of the mountain herbs used in the meal leaves a lasting mark on your mind. I prepared the meal using the Sartash Bontash technique, in which the food is heated with firewood from both the top and bottom. In the past, when there was no oven, village women used this cooking technique to prepare food.
