Most business's are divided into specialised functions which assist them in persuing their goals and allowing them to work more efficiently and effectively. There are 8 main business functions: the Purchasing function, the administration function, the public relations function, the human resources function, the financial function, the marketing function and the production function. Key Terms Image: How something or someone is experienced or percieved. Trademark: A legally registered symbol/words representing a business or a product. Interdemediaries: go betweens or third parties that offer additional services between two trading parties, such as insurance brokers or car dealers.
