This workshop will introduce the use of Partial Least Squares method of Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). I am using smartPLS application to showcase assessment of measurement and structural model. PLS-SEM has recently gained increasing attention in various disciplines including management information systems, marketing, strategic management, accounting, family business research, operations management, and organizational research. Researchers and practitioners appreciate the various advantageous features that PLS path modelling offers in practical applications. Consequently, the method is currently regarded as suitable and, to some extent, a favorable alternative to the more restrictive traditionally used Covariance based SEM (CB-SEM). This workshop will help postgraduate students/researchers on how to do basic analysis using the SmartPLS software and how to present them professionally.SmartPLS is one of the leading software tools for PLS-SEM. It combines state of the art methods with an easy to use and intuitive graphical user interface.
