This is a unique griddle because it has a flat top and burners on this. this unit is used in an outdoor kitchen function and with this addition you truly get get a full outdoor kitchen. I'm really suprised this flat top didnt make it to number 1. this is the flat top Trevor put into his own outdoor kitchen. LYNX is really cool because they put their famous trident burners in this flat top. Those trident burners get so hot!
