Cities Skylines - Cape Apple Map: New York Inspired. 200k population, no mods. Timelapse video

First time for me to reach 200k population. As always, no mods. No custom assets either. It is kind of given from the official map name; Cape Apple, refers to the big apple, New York. So then naturally the city is inspired by New York. Even though inspired by the Manhattan, the scale is so far off due to the weird cities skylines scale. I mean, how is a tower only has a 32m x 32m lot? I could use IT or Financial district, but I don't want to buy those DLC. No highways, traffic is constant between 70-85%. I guess, the key to sustain moderate traffic is to provide good transit network. Map only available through Plazas and Promenade DLC. Subscribe for more!
