It is recited during all auspicious occasions, including Udaka Shanti/ Mahanyaasam etc. These Mantras bestow one with success in all ventures. "Meaning" of this Mantra: Target: O arrows, when released from the bow, you fly forward. You are charged with mantras. Go to our enemies and enter their body. Do not spare any one. Protection: I cover your vital parts with armour. Let King Soma covers you with immortality (Amrutena). Let the wide spread world be yours. Let the Devas, delight you on your victory.
