Spanish national record holder over the 1500m, 3000m and 5000m - Mo Katir - is in the middle of base training and preparing for race indoors in a couple of months. We joined him and his squad for a workout in Cartagena, a short drive from his home town - Murcia. The workout starts at 15:00 for those wishing to skip the intro scenes that include sharing a back story to the video, meeting the team and learning about the shoes Mo uses in training.
