The batter roughly comes around 1200g and divide them equally American buttercream ingredients 150g butter 300g icing sugar 1 -2tablespoons of milk *adding milk usually depends on the weather. If the weather is too hot skip adding milk and add a little more icing sugar. For cold weather milk help ease the buttercream consistency make sure you use the spatula to mix the buttercream after the addition of the last icing sugar and milk.
