Transcript: 0:01: We support our machinery forever. 0:03: I mean, as long as it's running, we'll make parts for it. 0:08: Most replacement parts are made within a day. 0:10: When it comes to replacement parts, they come first above anything else. 0:15: We got to get them out the door. 0:17: Also, we go back 50 years. 0:20: I've had calls where people bought something at auction and they say, can I get parts for it? 0:25: Well, what's the serial number? 0:27: And we have it. 0:28: We might have to go to the paper files, but we have all the information. 0:32: We're fortunate at Creative Automation to have a great team of fabricators and machinists that are capable of producing parts at high quality in an efficient manner. 0:42: Their craftsmanship plays a direct role in how well our machines work and how quickly we can get parts out. 0:48: Parts that are originally from the US, we're probably close to 98% on our machines, if not a little bit more. 0:57: You don't have to worry about where parts are coming from. 1:01: You don't have to worry about supply chain issues. 1:05: We source as many parts as possible from the US, whether the parts are commercially available or custom-made by us. 1:13: We can get replacement parts to our customers much quicker than if shipping from overseas. 1:17: As a result, their line uptime is maximized and their parts’ costs are minimized. 1:23: So if a customer calls up or we get an email late in the day and they're having issues, because many of our customers will work around the clock. 1:34: Those plants are operating 24/7. 1:37: We will provide the part out of our own supply. 1:42: If it's not something we have, we do whatever we can to make sure that that part ships today, not tomorrow, not next week. 1:52: Let's find somebody that's got it today and can get it moving. 1:55: On three different occasions I've had to deliver parts myself. 1:59: Once a customer called, the customer was down, they needed a replacement shaft actually as soon as possible. 2:07: We immediately jumped on it, looked up the drawing, got it out to our machine shop. 2:11: It took priority. 2:14: I actually personally drove several hours and met a representative from the customer halfway so that they could get up and running as soon as possible. 2:25: That's what we're willing to do when customers need help in any way. 2:30: We will jump to it and that's something that will continue here.
