#baduk #weiqi #katago Playing against Katago on Katrain on the 13x13 with 6 Handicap stones. I plan to reduce 1 stone each time I win, if for some reason (I don't believe I will) I manage to win with 2 Handicap stones - I won't switch to even games and instead move to 19x19 with Katago. I'm around the 20 Kyu range, but I don't play online games, rather just local. And I don't play tournaments either or havent played any yet, so my actual rank is still unknown. https://online-go.com/game/84819971 I've used the Auto-Editor with Python for the first time to trim silent sections, which helped reduce editing time by quite a bit. I still needed to manually edit out all "uhms" and "sneezing" (since I'm sick/allergies), which were quite a lot. Essentially lots of the empty space thinking was cut out, the raw footage is 1h 30mins in length. Not perfect (some stone placing was auto cut out), but I'm still happy about the result for now! :D Winning against Katago with 6 stones is likely not impressive at all, but I''d like to (1) showcase my journey (2) share my thinking to gain feedback (3) improve video editing skills (4) get used to workflow.
