Description: Disclaimer: This is all my personal opinions about the suit itself and should not really taken at full face value. This is also an opinion coming from a non 00 player. 00 Raiser has been given new tools to work with in this current game which made it able to still hold its own even without raiser as he recieved better assists, full saber esque AB~A cancel route, and so on. His movesets in raiser form has also been overhauled with better tracking, dmg properties, all that good stuff. The basic cancel CsA cancel routes still stay the same as the previous versions however. This suit was initially an S tier suit but received nerfs that put him in A tier at the current state. He still proves to be a very formidable and solid all rounder MS that could be used for many situations, and there's very few suits or none that could really outmatch what he can do when in Burst Transam Raiser state.
