The tent is torn from below, and I sewed it. It is miserable. I am a mother, and I have eight kids. There are ten people living in this place. It is very hard. The children are cold. We have no sheets and no clothes. No one is helping us out. As a mother, my children suffer with us. We have nothing left to buy; no covers, no tents, nothing.” 9. He was soaked tonight, and in the morning, he had turned blue, sleeping on water. I have no idea what to do. We used to sleep on sheets and a mat, without blankets. We have nothing. Various of rainwater flooded near tents of displaced people STORYLINE: Rawan Soboh and her children spent Thursday morning in Gaza City removing flood water from their tent to stay dry following heavy rain in the region. “We haven’t been able to sleep for two days because of the rain, we spent all night awake,” said Soboh, who spent the night watching over her tent and pushing the water out. “There are no mops, towels, and no place to put children to sleep.” Displaced from eastern Gaza City, Baraka Bhar was caring for her 3-month-old baby twins inside a tent as the rain kept pouring outside. “Our tents are worn out, and the situation is catastrophic. They are torn everywhere and they leak rain,” Bhar said as she was carrying her 3-month-old who suffers from Hydrocephalus. “We should not lose our children this winter.” With buckets and mops, the tent camp residents laboriously pushed water out of their tents to save their soaked furniture. “My little boy is 8, and I have no clothes for him.
