The current video is a full on informative video about Hampta Trek.Hampta , a small corridor between Lahul's Chandra Valley and the Kullu Valley of Himachal , is situated at an altitude of 4270m on the Pi Panjal range in the Himalayas. Being one of the bestest monsoon treks, it takes around 5 to 7days to cover 28km length which falls under the category of "easy to moderate" treks. But with a good, resourceful trekking company & a Guide, it becomes all the more easier and enjoyable at the same time to take back alongwith you few bucket full of memories. The name Hampta has been derived from the village Hamta, located below Sethan village, as part of the trek route.The beautiful pass is frequently used by shepherd's of lower Himalayan region, seeking high altitude grasslands in summer, when the dry cold dessert of Lahul us barren.
