I feel like Antarctica gets 0 recognition in races, so i merged them with Oceania, since Oceania has so little cars. New countries: Antarctica, Argentine Antarctica, Australian Antarctic Territory, Bouvet Island, British Antarctic Territory, Chilean Antarctic Territory, French Southern and Antarctic Territories, Heard Island and McDonald Islands, Kerguelen Islands, Macquarie Island, Matthew and Hunter Islands, Minerva Reefs, Peter I Island, Queen Maud Land, Ross Dependency, Swains Island, and True South. Fun fact: Johnston Atoll laying down is referencing a screenshot i took of one of the holes where they were just chillin' in a run i did for fun.
