What possesses a person to be so infatuated with another, that they'd be willing to change any and every facet of their personality? And try as I might I could never settle on a set logical answer. Then one day it hit me: it was never logical. There is no explanation for this, because it's folly. It's insanity. It's Loca. Loca is first and foremost at its essence, a fun pop-song. Production-wise, we took a lot of inspiration from latin beats, especially latin pop music, and tried to combine it with the high production value and catchy, feel-good vibe often found in K-pop. Our goal was to create a fun song, that above all was catchy, and that people could dance to. In that sense, we didn't put a lot of pressure on ourselves during the creative process to create a 'masterpiece', and I think it shows in the production.
