DDDN | South Korea investigated a man who swept a grave, suspected of accidentally causing a forest fire. South Korea is investigating a 56-year-old man suspected of accidentally causing the most serious forest fire in the country's history while sweeping a grave on March 22. The fire started in Uiseong district, North Gyeongsang province, due to high winds and dry weather, quickly spread to neighboring areas, burning more than 48,000 hectares of forest and killing 30 people. Uiseong was the hardest hit, with 12,800 hectares of forest destroyed. The man is suspected of accidentally causing a fire when he used a lighter to burn tree branches on his grandparents' grave, but strong winds caused the fire to spread. Although his daughter declared so, the man denied the accusations. Historical sites, including Gounsa Pagoda, were also destroyed in the fire. The fires were controlled on March 28, but flared up again on the night of March 29. Authorities are coordinating to investigate the cause of the fire and are expected to interrogate the suspect after completing field inspection. #chayrunghanquoc #thamhoahanquoc #nghiphamchayrunghanquoc We invite you to see more: 🔆Your #Share button is now very useful -------------------- 👍Business Forum Magazine 🖥Website: https://www.diendandoanhnghiep.vn/ 💻 FanPage: / dddn.com.vn 💻Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/c/DanDoNhiepT... #diendandoanhnghieptv #tapchidiendandoanhnghiep #tintuc24h
