Meet Aaron, who is sharing his journey of living with Dyslexia, ADHD, and being proudly neurodivergent in celebration of Dyslexia & ADHD Awareness Month 2025. Diagnosed at 27, Aaron began studying neuroscience to better understand how the brain works - both his own and others’. But what started as a biology-based curiosity turned into a powerful personal discovery: that he is a visual and systems thinker, someone who learns best through patterns, movement, and connection. Through study, research, and embracing new tools like assistive technology and AI, Aaron found ways to turn challenge into strength. Today, Aaron proudly recognises that his neurodivergence fuels his creativity, insight, and problem-solving. Remember... 💡 Your brain is not broken. 💡 You do not need to be fixed. 💡 The system was not designed with neurodivergent people in mind. By sharing his lived experience, he hopes others will feel empowered to seek understanding, take the weight off their shoulders, and embrace the unique ways their brains work. Thank you, Aaron, for sharing your story this Dyslexia and ADHD Awareness Month 💙 ---------- If you or someone you care for needs support, please reach out: Lifeline 📞 13 11 14 📱 0477 13 11 14 Beyond Blue 📞 1300 22 4636 NEAP 📞 1800 13 6327 #DyslexiaAwarenessMonth #ADHDAwareness #Neurodiversity #YourBrainIsNotBroken #AdultDyslexia #rethinkdyslexia #CelebrateTheDifferences #LeadTheChange
