Total cooking time: 24 hours 00 minutes Preparation time 24 hours 00 minutes Cooking time 0 hours 25 minutes Suggested tools: Joetisserie - http://www.kamadojoe.com/joetisserie/ Ingredients garlic sauce: Creme fraise - 200 gram Mayoniase - 200 gram (I like the light version better) Garlic - 1 clove Parsley fine chopped - 2 tablespoons Lemon juice - halve a lemon sugar - 1 teaspoon Ingredients shawarma spicemix Coriander leaves - 2 teaspoon Salt - 2 teaspoon Paprika - 2 teaspoon Onion - 2 teaspoon Garlic - 2 teaspoon Cayenne - 1 teaspoon Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon Black pepper - 1 teaspoon Cumin - 2 teaspoon Rest of the ingredients: Chicken thighs - 2 kilogram Libanees flat bread - 8 pieces Field slaw - 1 bag 2 large onions How To: 24h00m - Mix the ingredients for the garlic sauce.
