Zhuque-3 | Maiden Flight

A dedicated recap for the first reusable Chinese-made rocket, the Zhuque-3. On December 3rd, the maiden flight of Zhuque-3 took place, with all 9 engines igniting on ascent. Shortly after, the stages separate and the second stage headed to orbit. On the other hand, the first stage returned back to Earth, attempting to land on first try. However, just after entry burn, as the booster attempted to ignite its engines for its landing burn, it had an anomaly with the engines, resulting with the first stage crashing just a few meters away from the landing pad. Despite the booster being lost, the mission still ended in a success as the upper stage reached the designated orbit and deployed its payload. Congratulations LandSpace!
