Why has this decade not seen new iconic characters like Jack Sparrow or Indiana Jones? Before the turn of the millennia it seemed each decade gave us truly iconic original characters. Darth Vader, Indiana Jones, Neo, Woody, Ellen Ripley, Don Corleone. But what have we had since? It seems in recent years, the 2020s in particular, has failed to produced characters with the same level of cultural impact as before. So why is this? Today, that's what we're gonna find out.
