This lecture is one of three modules in the lecture set “The Global Cyber Threat Environment” that focuses on Russia’s cyber threat. This lecture discusses how Russia’s strategic cyber development has been affected by the country’s vast, open geographic characteristics as well as important historical differences between development of the West and of Russia. This video was developed in 2018 by Augusta University through a grant funded by the National Security Agency (NSA).
