It is vital to use only new X'AIR SAFE cartridges of the same volume to ensure optimum safety. FREEJUMP AIRBAG CANNISTER REPLACEMENT How to replace the Freejump airbag cannister. First of all, choose the capacity of the cannister: Freejump Airvest: • 50cc for CHILD airvests of S and L sizes; • 60cc for ADULT airvests: XXS, XS, XST, S, ST, M, MT, L; • 85cc for ADULT airvests: LT, XL and XXL T = tall / slim fit – with a slightly longer back. Then proceed to the steps below with the help of the explanatory video available on the FreeJump website, YouTube, a QR code printed on each cannister or your retailer’s website: / STEP 1 / Unscrew the cannister and double check it has been used. / STEP2 / Use an Allen key to unscrew the cap until the indicator is at the top of its rail. / STEP 3 / Reposition the piston with the Allen key. VERY IMPORTANT: bring back the piston in front of the hole using the Allen key! / STEP 4 / Reposition the lanyard ball with its holding clip VERY IMPORTANT: make sure you insert back the ball into the blue piston. Never insert back the lanyard clip without bringing back down the piston so it’s visible in the hole! / STEP 5 / Start screwing back manually and straight the cap into the generator, finish with the Allen key. / STEP 6 / Check with the indicator. / STEP 7 / Double check that you’re using a genuine FreeJump cannister (or you will void your warranty) make sure it’s new before screwing it in (no hole in the end).
