The tutorial is for all remotes of Acedeck. 【Remote Thumb Wheel Calibration Guide】 Before you begin: Make sure the board’s wheels are not touching the ground. Step 1: Identify the issue If the board starts to move slowly on its own during remote startup without you touching the throttle, it means the thumb wheel’s neutral position has shifted. This can sometimes happen due to temperature changes affecting the remote’s calibration. Step 2: Prepare the remote Hold the brake to ensure the motors do not move. Long-press the power button to turn off the remote. Step 3: First calibration step With the remote powered off, push the thumb wheel to the halfway position and hold it there. Long-press the power button to turn the remote back on. When the message “PLEASE SET FREE THE THUMB WHEEL” appears, press the function button 4 times. Once the remote enters the interface, release the thumb wheel. Step 4: Second calibration step Turn off the remote again. Make sure you do not touch the thumb wheel and that it remains in the neutral position. Long-press the power button to turn the remote back on. When “PLEASE SET FREE THE THUMB WHEEL” appears again, press the function button 4 times.
