Now, to reitarate, you CAN make a few mistakes and have time, so it doesnt have to be a perfect run, but hopefully i have paced the guide quick enough but easy enough to follow that you should have no issues! While moving cursor, press RT to move it faster. RB/LB to quick scroll through your inventory. Double tap the A button when going toward a new scene or area (When you see a red arrow to go either right or left or up) and you will go there immediately instead of walking there. Y To open inventory, A to hold and drag an item onto another.
